FAQ for retail orders

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for some of the retail orders, free shipping is applied which will indicate before check-out for each order

Where do you Ship?
We ship to all over the world.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All retail shopping orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except weekends and holidays), depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary, most orders are delivered by China post or express courier within 1-2 weeks.

How do I know if my order is processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed.

How do I know if my order is shipped and Can I track my order?
Once your product has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email confirming the shipment of your parcel(s). The email includes a piece of tracking information that you can check the status of your order.

What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use China post or express couriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc. to send all our orders accordingly.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
If a China post or express courier shipment cannot be delivered, China post representatives or the express couriers will leave a delivery notice card showing where the parcel can be picked up.

If a China post or express courier shipment cannot be delivered, China post representatives or the express couriers’ office holds the parcel for 15 calendar days.  

What is your return policy?
All online items are final sale. We only exchange items that have operational or design defects within 7 business days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
We only exchange an item if it has an operational or manufacturer design defect.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at marketing@yhtwear.com. Once an order has shipped, it is out of our hands and it cannot be canceled, rerouted, or redirected. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and you may also be charged for round trip shipping costs.

Can I get a refund for the delayed shipment?
We refund retail shopping orders that are late 10 days since you ordered. Delayed shipment due to some special reasons, we will contact you and negotiate to cancel the order or not, if you accept the delay, then no refund to be claimed.

What if the items I received are damaged?
If you noticed any damage on the package or the product itself, please notate the damage on the bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. Please also inform us by email about the damage. We may need a picture of the damaged package to claim it from the delivery company. Please do not use the defective item until you receive guidance from us. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify us of the refusal so we can follow up with the shipping company.

How can I return an item?
Before returning any item, please email us at marketing@yhtwear.com. We will send you a RETURN LABEL by email. Please print out the Return Label and tape it to the outside of the package that you are returning (remove the old label and barcode stickers). And meanwhile, we will inform you how to return.
